Question: After my session, how will I order my prints?
Answer: After your session, all of your images will be uploaded into an online gallery. This gallery will be password protected. The link to the gallery will be emailed to you along with the password, you can then “share” the gallery with your friends and family and everyone can order the pictures they like. All prints/products must be ordered within 1 month of receiving your link and password.
Question: I want to order birth announcements, or graduation announcements, how do I do that?
Answer: When your gallery images are emailed to you, you will find a product in the gallery that says 5×7 flat and 5×7 folded cards. Click on the picture that you would like to be the most predominant on the card and choose what type of card and how many you would like. When I get the order, I will take that image and coordinate it with other images and design your card. I will then email you the proof of your card and you will tell me what you would like changed, and I will change it. Once the card is just how you want it, I will order it.
Question: Do I have to pay for my prints before they are ordered or do I pay when they come in?
Answer: Yes. All images ordered through the online gallery must be paid for at the time of purchase, this can be done with a credit/debit card.
Question; I want to order prints, but I don’t have a debit/credit card to order, can I still order?
Answer: i prefer for all prints to be ordered through the galleries for proper tracking and book-keeping.

Question: How long will it take my prints to arrive?
Answer: When you order prints from your gallery, they will usually be in and delivered to me within a week. If you want them mailed to you, it will then take 3-5 days for you to receive them in the mail. short answer: 1-2 weeks.
Question: How long will my online Gallery be active?
Answer: Your Gallery will be active for 1 month. I
