I am so confident that you will be pleased with the images that will be captured, that I offer a money back guarantee! What that means? If for any reason you are unhappy with your images you have 2 options. 1. A complete refund of your money or 2. a reshoot of your session.
Question: I just found your site, and my newborn is older than 14 days, will you photograph them?
Answer: Occasionally, I will photograph a newborn over 14 days old, however, doing so voids your money back guarantee. There are reasons that newborns should be photographed before 14 days, and if your child is older than this, I can not guarantee that you will get images that look like the newborn images you see here.
Question: My child is uncooperative and we never get good pictures, how are you different?
Answer: I take a different approach to photography than the standard “chain” studios, I take time to get to know your child, and play with them, if your child is still uncooperative, I have “ways” of capturing the pictures. I have had children come in and cry for 2hours, now under normal circumstances, i would reschedule, but that particular shoot, it wasn’t an option, so we worked and still managed to capture some really cute images.
Question: I want to book a session with you, but want to pay my session fee with a credit card, can I do that?
Answer: Yes! At this time, I do not have a credit card machine, but i can send you a paypal invoice. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay it, there is a spot where you can click “pay without account”
Question: I am doing a fundraiser or charity event and would like you to donate something, will you do that?
Answer: Yes, I love donating to events, especially ones that benefit other people, what I donate and it’s value varies from each event, for more information email me.
Question; What colors should I wear for my shoot:
Answer: Really, you can wear whatever looks good on you, but I advise agains clothing with a lot of patterns or images on it. Solids photograph best.
Question: Do you photograph events?
Answer: Yes, I have photographed birthday parties, and many other types of parties, I will also provide services for events like “formal dinners” where you would like photographs to capture the memories. I also photograph Daycares, and school events.
Question: Do you photograph weddings, and how much are they?
Answer: I photograph very few weddings. Those that I do photograph, I charge $800 to photograph, and that includes coverage from begining (getting ready) all the way through the reception and all of your images on a disk with a copyright release.
Question: Do you airbrush images, can you make me look thinner?
Answer: All images have skin retouching to make you look your best. Images that require a lot of editing, (removing braces, making thinner, or other things we can discuss) will not be applied to all images, but will be applied to 1 so that you can see how the result will look, it will then be applied to all images which you order prints of.
Question: My newborn has a newborn rash or newborn acne, should we reschedule?
Answer: All newborns have bad skin. They were immersed in water for 9 months and their skin is not quite used to the air. There is a LOT of retouching that is done to newborn photos, which is why they cost more.
Question: I would like for you to take my pictures, but I can’t afford you, can you work me a “deal”?
Answer: To accomodate those people who can not afford my regular prices, i frequently run “specials” on my facebook page, I also occasionally do “giveaways” or “coupon games” where you have the opportunity to win or purchase sessions at discounted prices.
Question: Why do your disks with images and copyright release cost so much? You used to give them with all of your sessions?
Answer: I feel my clients deserve the best, and as such I want to ensure that you get the “best”. If you take your disk with your copyright release to your local “chain” store and have them printed, your prints are going to last for approximately 15 years, they are not good quality prints, If you order your prints through me, they will come from a professional printing service, they are printed on the highest quality paper, and will last for 150 years. I want my clients to have these prints that are better quality, so i have made it more difficult for you to purchase the disk and but prints that are lower quality.
Question: Why do you put that big watermark on your images that you put on facebook and the internet?
Answer: That is to protect your children. By watermarking my images in that fashion, i prevent other people from “downloading” them and using them as their own, thus having and using images of your children without permission.
